Trump Vows to Destroy All of Human Civilization in Nobel Peace Prize Pitch

WASHINGTON, DC — In a move aides described as “bold, visionary, and apocalypse-adjacent,” President Trump unveiled a new strategy for securing the Nobel Peace Prize: promising to end all war by first ending all human civilization. Speaking from a gold-trimmed podium, Trump outlined what he called “the most comprehensive peace plan in history, maybe ever.”

“You can’t have conflict if nobody’s left to fight,” Trump explained, gesturing toward a chart titled World Peace vs. Remaining Population, which showed peace levels rising sharply as the number of humans dropped to zero. “This is common sense. Nobody understands peace like I do. The Nobel people, they love peace. I’m giving them the ultimate peace. Permanent peace. Eternal peace. No complaints.”

Campaign officials emphasized the efficiency of the proposal, noting it eliminates the need for lengthy negotiations, ceasefires, or diplomatic summits. “Traditional diplomacy is slow,” said one adviser. “This approach delivers immediate, universal calm. No borders, no disputes, no awkward handshakes. Just silence.”

Trump also criticized past Nobel recipients for what he described as “half-measures.” “They gave it to people who stopped one war, maybe two wars,” he said. “That’s nothing. I’m stopping all wars. Future wars. Hypothetical wars. Wars nobody’s even thought of yet. Frankly, they’ll have no choice but to give it to me.”

International reaction was mixed, with several world leaders expressing concern that the plan’s implementation timeline, reportedly “very soon, within the next two weeks”, left little room for feedback. Trump dismissed the criticism, calling it “typical fake news from people who don’t want peace badly enough.”

At press time, Trump confirmed he had already drafted his acceptance speech, promising it would be “beautiful, very emotional,” and would thank “all surviving life forms,” for their support.
