WASHINGTON, DC — Insisting the threat had been both imminent and deeply clerical, President Trump announced Tuesday that Iran’s nuclear program was “literally two unredacted Epstein leaks away” from full operational capability, describing the unreleased documents as “the final, definitive reason for blowing up the country.”
Speaking to reporters while gesturing vaguely at a stack of heavily blacked-out files, Trump explained that Iranian scientists had been “working very hard, very illegally” and would have become a nuclear threat if more Epstein files were released.
“If there were any more leaks, I can promise you, we would be at nuclear war right now,” Trump said. “And believe me, those leaks? Very powerful pages. Some people are saying the most powerful pages anyone has ever seen.”
The claim arrives amid ongoing scrutiny over the administration’s handling of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, many of which were released in heavily redacted form, sparking widespread speculation and online conspiracy theories. At the same time, the White House has continued to defend its military posture toward Iran by warning of a looming nuclear threat, an assessment some experts have disputed as overstated.
When one reporter asked if Trump was admitting that the war in Iran is a direct result of the Epstein files, Trump replied, “Yes… but no. Yes, but not the way you’re hinting at. You know you are just an obnoxious, ugly, pig-like woman.”
According to Trump, the forthcoming leaks contained “lies and other bad things that will destroy the world if they’re ever made public,” though he clarified that he had not personally read them because “they were too classified and also completely filled with the names of Democrats and bad people who treat me unfairly.”
Administration officials echoed the president’s concerns, noting that if the pages were ever fully revealed, Iran could “instantly resume enrichment and explode the planet.”
At press time, Trump confirmed plans to continue military operations until “every last page of the Epstein hoax is either fully redacted, fully forgotten or, ideally, replaced with something saying I did nothing wrong.”
