Man Who ‘Loves This Country’ Outlines Plan to Replace Every Law, Norm, Institution, and Constitutional Amendment

ABILENE, TX — Declaring his “deep, unbreakable love for America,” local patriot Brian H. unveiled a sweeping proposal Monday to replace literally everything about it with a new system he described as “basically the same thing, but totally different in every way.”

Standing beneath a 12-foot flag and a much smaller pocket copy of the Constitution he admitted he had not opened, Brian assured reporters that his plan was not about change for its own sake, but about “restoring the country to what it was always meant to be, once we fix literally everything.”

“Look, I love this country,” Brian said, before explaining that the courts were illegitimate, elections were suspicious, the press was treasonous, public education was indoctrination, and the Constitution itself was “a good first draft that clearly needs some updates, deletions, and probably a full rewrite.” He added that the Founding Fathers would “totally agree with me if they were alive today and on my side of the internet.”

Brian’s proposal includes abolishing all existing laws and replacing them with a simpler system based on “common sense,” defined as whatever Brian feels is obvious at any given moment. Longstanding institutions would be dissolved and reconstituted under new leadership that shares his values, while constitutional amendments would be reviewed individually to determine whether they remain “helpful to freedom” or have become “annoying obstacles.”

When asked how his plan differed from simply dismantling American democracy, Brian clarified that democracy would still exist, just without elections, checks and balances, or outcomes he disagrees with.

“I’m not anti-Constitution,” he explained. “I’m just saying it shouldn’t be treated like some sacred document you can’t mess with. Unless we’re talking about the parts I like. Those should be permanent and unquestionable.”

Supporters praised Brian’s patriotism, noting his willingness to tear down centuries of legal and civic infrastructure in the name of preserving the country he insists is already perfect. Critics, meanwhile, pointed out that his vision of America bears little resemblance to the one that currently exists.

Brian dismissed those concerns, reiterating that change on this scale was the only way to truly honor the nation.

“If we don’t replace everything,” he warned, “we risk becoming a country I don’t recognize, which is exactly what we already are.”
